By using Scholarship Ally, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Scholarship Ally is a scholarship application management tool. It helps students track scholarship deadlines, organize essays, and receive AI-generated feedback. We are not a scholarship provider and do not guarantee any scholarship award.
The Essay Forge uses AI to coach your writing — talking points, feedback, and sentence-level suggestions on essays you write yourself. It does not write your essay for you. You are responsible for ensuring your final submissions are your own work and comply with each scholarship's academic integrity policies. Scholarship Ally is not liable for any consequences.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at hello@scholarshipally.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer refunds within 7 days of your first payment if you are unsatisfied. After 7 days, all charges are final.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, you will be downgraded to the free plan unless you subscribe.
You may not use Scholarship Ally to submit fraudulent scholarship applications, impersonate other people, or violate any applicable law. Accounts found in violation will be terminated without refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Scholarship Ally is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for missed scholarship deadlines, rejected applications, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
